On August 15, 2018, our youth core group organized a vibrant and patriotic Independence Day Celebration in the community. This historic event marked one of the foundational public gatherings of our youth-led movement.
From 2018 to 2026, all of our grand national celebrations, blood donation drives, and social welfare activities were proudly conducted under the name Free Indian Society. To expand our reach and formalize our lifelong commitment to community development, we have officially transitioned to our new name and are transitioning into a registered trust as the Srishti Amba Foundation Trust.
Looking back at our 2018 Independence Day drive helps us honor the unwavering patriotic spirit that still drives our foundation today.
The 2018 Independence Day drive was designed by local youngsters to bring everyday citizens together, celebrate India’s hard-won freedom, and remind the new generation of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.
Grand Flag Hoisting Ceremony: The morning commenced with a formal hoisting of the Indian National Flag, accompanied by the unified singing of the National Anthem by local residents and youth volunteers.
Tribute to the Unforgettable Real Heroes: Volunteers set up dedicated spaces displaying the portraits of India’s iconic revolutionaries, including Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Mahatma Gandhi, and Swami Vivekananda, creating a focal point for community respect.
Sweet Distribution & Joyous Community Gathering: To mark the auspicious occasion of our nation’s independence, traditional sweets were distributed to hundreds of community members, children, and passersby, fostering a sense of unity and shared celebration.
Patriotic Youth Speeches: Young speakers from the Free Indian Society took the stage to deliver powerful history speeches, encouraging modern youngsters to channel their energy into social service and nation-building.
A Legacy of Consistency (2018 – 2026): For nearly eight years, our team operated seamlessly on the ground as the Free Indian Society. Every flag hoisting, every youth meeting, and every charitable project built the brick-and-mortar foundation of who we are today.
The decision to change our name and register as a formal entity—the Srishti Amba Foundation Trust—marks our evolution into a permanent, structured non-profit NGO. While our name has evolved to scale up our social impact, the core fiery patriotism and dedication to the community that we displayed on Independence Day 2018 remain exactly the same.
What started as a passionate gathering of youngsters on Independence Day in 2018 has now evolved into a structured foundation dedicated to healthcare, education, and community empowerment. We invite you to step forward and be a part of our journey.
